Located in the historic Kizu Market, our shop specializes in high-quality canned goods made with fresh ingredients carefully selected from all over Japan, providing customers with an authentic Japanese dining experience. Our pride and joy is our canned goods, which are carefully handcrafted in small batches in our workshop in Sakai.

These dishes bring out the full flavor of the ingredients and condense the beauty of each season.

At KAKUREGA, a hideaway restaurant in Sakai with only six seats, you can enjoy elegant flavors prepared with delicate techniques in a private atmosphere.
