- About the sales price
- The sales price is determined as the displayed amount (including the displayed price and consumption tax). Please note that shipping fees and various other charges may apply in addition to the product price. Please check the details on each product page, payment method selection page, and order confirmation page.
・Nama-shu and other refrigerated items must be delivered by refrigerated delivery service to maintain quality.
*Cooled delivery fees are different from regular delivery fees. If you use cash on delivery, there will be a cash on delivery fee. If you use bank transfer, there will be a bank transfer fee.

Special Terms and Conditions for Returns -
As a general rule, returns and exchanges are limited to unopened products.
If the product is damaged or soiled, or is different from the product you ordered, we will accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of receiving the product, with shipping costs covered by our company.
Due to the nature of the products we handle, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
