Can I check the contents of my order?

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been confirmed. Please carefully check the contents of your order before confirming it.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes, we do. At "Wanoshoku," we offer elegant gift wrapping that is perfect for presents to loved ones. If you would like this service, please select the "Gift Wrapping" option on the cart screen.
Can I issue a receipt?
You can use the statement issued by your credit card company as a receipt. If you require a separate receipt issued by our store, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Four brands are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
About Shipping
How much is the shipping fee?
Room temperature shipping costs 800 yen (tax included) nationwide. If the total price of your order is 10,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.
How long will it take to deliver after I place an order?
We usually ship within 2-4 business days after your order is confirmed. You can also specify the delivery date and time.
Can I check the delivery status?
The tracking number for your package will be included in the "Shipping Completion Email" that we will send you after your product has been shipped.

About international shipping
Can you deliver products purchased in store or ordered online overseas?
Delivery addresses from our company can only be specified to addresses within Japan.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you use a forwarding service such as Japan Rabbit or Tenso.com, overseas shipping is possible.
How long does it take to deliver overseas?
For overseas shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country and shipping method.

How should I store the product?
Please check the storage instructions on the packaging of each product, as they vary depending on the product. Generally, consume as soon as possible after opening.
Where can I find allergy information?
Please check the ingredients on each product page and in the product packaging. If you have food allergies, please be sure to check before consuming.
What is the expiration date?
The expiration date is set individually depending on the type of product. For canned products, the standard expiration date is three years from the date of manufacture.

About the Kizu Market Store
Is there a bicycle parking lot or car park?
Our market has parking spaces on the second floor and the first floor on the west side of the market that can accommodate a total of approximately 350 cars. For customers who come by bicycle or motorcycle, there are bicycle parking spaces on both the east and west sides of the market.
About the canning experience
Where is the experience located?
The event will be held at a cannery located in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.
This one-day course is completed in the Osaka area, from selecting ingredients at Kizu Market to manufacturing at the factory.
Is there parking?
The facility has ample parking space.
If you are planning to come with multiple vehicles, please contact us in advance so that we can smoothly guide you to a parking space and ensure a smooth experience.
Can I bring my children with me?
If you are bringing small children, we ask that you take full responsibility for their safety by supervising and accompanying them at all times.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or other troubles that occur during the experience.
