Products purchased at "Japanese Food" We will use Sagawa Express for deliveries. Unfortunately, deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture will be made by Yamato Transport.

If the total price of your order is 10,000 yen (tax included) or more , shipping is free.
Delivery time
Once your order is confirmed, we will usually ship your item within 2-4 business days .
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your parcel tracking number.
• We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or the day before holidays may be shipped on the following business day or later.

• Delivery date: You can specify a date between 5 and 14 days after the order date.
• Delivery time: You can choose from the following options.

• 7pm to 9pm
*If you would like your order delivered as soon as possible, please place your order without specifying a date and time.
Shipping overseas
Delivery addresses from our company can only be specified to addresses within Japan.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you use a forwarding service such as Japan Rabbit or Tenso.com, overseas shipping is possible.
