Collection: Tuna

We use carefully selected tuna caught at Misaki Port in Kanagawa Prefecture, which boasts one of the highest catches in Japan, from lean to medium-fatty tuna, and finish it with a technique only a master chef can use, salting it to concentrate the umami.
