Kudzu starch, produced in the Yoshino region of Nara Prefecture, is known for its stickiness, firmness, and smooth texture, making it a luxury food ingredient that is also known as "white diamond." We have used a generous amount of this high-quality Yoshino kudzu to create kudzu tofu that is delicious to eat.
