The video carefully covers the course, in which a top chef uses seasonal ingredients to prepare each dish right in front of your eyes in a hidden space in Sakai, as well as the attention to detail that went into the carefully selected tableware and space.

Through seasonal ingredients sourced from Kizu Market and tableware and décor crafted by artisans, you can enjoy a special time and experience the depth of Japanese food culture.

In addition to the Japanese cuisine experience at KAKUREGA, we aim to "deliver Japanese cuisine to people all over the world" and are promoting the appeal of Japanese cuisine in various ways, such as through our high-end canned goods and retail business at the Kizu Market store and the production of a small canning factory.
