"X3 BLANC," produced by Kinmon Akita Sake Brewery in Akita, is a pure rice sake made using three times the amount of koji as usual, a process called "triple koji brewing."

The bright, refreshing citrus flavor of the citric acid derived from the white koji commonly used in shochu blends beautifully with the deep umami of the rice, creating an exceptional harmony.
