Juro Yamada

Yamada Juro is a sake-based pure rice plum wine brewed by Izumibashi Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture.

This Junmai sake is carefully brewed using Yamada Nishiki, a premium rice cultivated in-house, and is then slowly steeped with Juroume, a traditional native plum variety from Odawara and Soga, to reduce the sweetness and maximize the plum's refreshing acidity and deep flavor.

It has a clear taste without any impurities and a rich fruity flavor, and when enjoyed chilled and straight or on the rocks, it leaves a pleasant, refined aftertaste.
